It’s time for Alaska to have its first Vanlife Gathering/ Traveler’s Festival. Never before has Alaska seen this type of event, centered around community, camping and education. This 4 day, 3 night event will be held in Palmer, Alaska. A private property will be the gathering place for hundreds of nomads from all across the nation.
Vanstock’s mission is to create a community of nomads in the north.
The mobile living movement has boomed in the past 10 years, with huge events like the Rubber Tramp Rendezvous and Descend on Bend, creating lasting friendship connections throughout the community. These events are life changing and give travelers a place to connect, as well as present an opportunity for people to meet and get inspired. Due to its isolation, Alaska has yet to develop a sustainable community of travelers. Vanstock is that opportunity to meet new faces, learn about Alaska’s indigenous cultures, meet locals, and enjoy what this beautiful land has to offer.

Sustainability
We are focused on minimizing our footprint, detaching from the day to day and enjoying the outdoors. This is a zero waste event and will be practicing pack it in-pack it out mentality. We will be supplying toilet facilities and the land for camping. So please bring in anything you will be needing for the weekend.
