About
It’s time for Alaska to have its first Vanlife Gathering/ Traveler’s Festival. Never before has Alaska seen this type of event. This 4 day, 3 night event will be held in Palmer, Alaska. A 420 acre Bison Ranch will be the gathering place for thousands of nomads from all across the nation.
We are a charitable event focusing on sustainability, tiny alternative living, community and financial freedom. Donating 20% of all profits to the Home On Wheels Alliance to aid in affordable housing and resources for the nomad community with additional donations to Alaskan indigenous groups/causes.
The mobile living movement has boomed in the past 10 years, with huge events like the Rubber Tramp Rendezvous and Descend on Bend, creating lasting friendship connections throughout the community. These events are life changing and give travelers a place to connect, as well as present an opportunity for people to meet and get inspired. Vanstock is that opportunity to meet new faces, learn about Alaska’s indigenous cultures, how sustainably travel, and enjoy what this beautiful land has to offer.
Sustainability
We are focused on minimizing our footprint, detaching from the day to day and enjoying the outdoors. This is a zero waste event and will be practicing pack it in-pack it out mentality.
