This form is an application - submission of application does not guarantee approval. If approved, you will receive a Vendor Contract/Handbook for signature and submission, as well as an invoice for payment of booth fees.

This application is for established food trucks, beverage or food vendors.

Vanstock is a ticketed event with capacity of 2000 people.

Completion of an application does not guarantee approval.

Vanstock is able to host only a few select food and beverage vendors.

There will be no duplicate food items between vendors. Vanstock may ask you to remove a menu option if already offered by another approved vendor.

Food vendor fee is $500. This includes a 10ftx20 booth space, camping and four general admission tickets. Additional tickets may be purchased for a discounted rate of $100 [limit five]. Ticket access code will be given after submission of signed Vendor Contract and complete payment of Vendor fees.

Booth set up is Thursday 4-8pm or Friday 8-10am (gates open at 11am on Friday.)

Vendors are required to stay open during music performances. From 4pm-10pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You are welcome to stay open earlier or later.

Vendors are responsible for their own property and Vanstock organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Vanstock is a ZERO waste festival, The use of biodegradable/compostable serviceware is required. We are highly encouraging attendees to bring there own reusable silverware and cups to vendors.

Vendors must possess an appropriately-sized fire extinguisher 4:A (w/ current inspection tag) in their booth during the entire event.

All Vendors must list Vanstock inc. and Boyd Bison Ranch as additionally insured on their insurance policy. Proof of insurance must be submitted at the same time as full payment.

Vendors are responsible for their own power, water and weather protection. (tent,tables ect.) Vanstock will not be supplying power.

All food vendors are required to obtain an AK DEC Temporary Food Permit ($65 for a three day event) if not already an annual permit holder.

Generators are only permitted with sound-dampening generators. Food trucks without a built-in sound-dampening enclosure must take additional measures to reduce noise. Operations staff will request submission of the make/model of your generator in order to verify its decibel output rating.

This is a pack it in-pack it out event. Vanstock in encouraging environmental responsibility. Vendors are responsible for their own garbage. The change starts with you.

Vendor applications are due by April 30th 2025.

Full booth fee is due by June 1st 2025.

After approval you will be emailed your vendor fee and contract.

All food vendors must have current approved Plan Review Permit from the AK State Fire and Life Safety Department.
