This application is for established food trucks, beverage or food vendors. *Due to Borough jurisdiction there is no cooking under tents is permitted*

There is only a few select vendors at Vanstock. We reserve the right to refuse duplicate items.

Vanstock is a ticketed event with capacity of 2000 people.

Completion of an application does not guarantee approval.

Vanstock is having only a few select food and beverage vendors.

There will be no duplicate food items between vendors. Vanstock may ask you to remove a duplicate menu option.

Food vendor fee is $500. This includes your 10x20 booth space, camping and four general admission tickets. Additional tickets may be purchased for a discounted rate of $100. Limit five, ticket acess code will be given uppon approval.

Booth set up is Thursday 4-8pm or Friday 8-10am (gates open at 10am on Friday.)

Vendors are required to stay open during music performances. From 4pm-10pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You are welcome to stay open earlier or later.

Vendors are responsible for their own property and Vanstock organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Vanstock is a ZERO waste festival, The use of biodegradable/compostable serviceware is required. We are highly encouraging attendees to bring there own reusable silverware and cups to vendors.

Vendors must possess an appropriately-sized fire extinguisher 4:A (w/ current inspection tag) in their booth during the entire event.

All Vendors must list Vanstock inc. and Boyd Bison Ranch as additionally insured on their insurance policy. Proof of insurance must be submitted at the same time as full payment.

Vendors are responsible for their own power, water and weather protection. (tent,tables ect.) Vanstock will not be supplying power.

All food vendors are required to obtain an AK DEC Temporary Food Permit ($65 for a three day event)

There will be only be sound dampened generators allowed.

This is a pack it in-pack it out event. Vanstock in encouraging environmental responsibility. Vendors are responsible for their own garbage. The change starts with you.

Vendor applications are due by April 5th 2025.

Booth Deposit must be received by May 5th 2025 or booth space may be relinquished to those on the waiting list.

Full booth fee is due by June 1st 2025.

Upon approval you will be emailed with your vendor fee and ticket access code.

Up to five additonal general admission may be purchased at a discounted rate of $100.

All food vendors must have approved plan review permit from the State fire and life safety department.
