Vanstock is a ticketed event with capacity of 2000 people.

Completion of an application does not guarantee approval.

Craft booth vendor fee is $300. This includes your 10x10 booth space, camping and general admission.

Vendors receive two free admission passes and an optional discounted general admission pass. $100. (access code will be given upon acceptance.)

Booth set up is Thursday 4-8pm or Friday 8-10am (gates open at 11am on Friday.)

Vendors are required to stay open during music performances. From 4pm-10pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You are welcome to stay open earlier or later.

Vendors are responsible for their own property and Vanstock organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Vanstock is a ZERO waste festival, all packaging must be recyclable and/or compostable.

Vendors are responsible for their own power, water and prop (tent, tables ect.) Vanstock will not be supplying power.

There will be NO generators allowed.

This is a pack it in-pack it out event. Vanstock in encouraging environmental responsibility. Vendors are responsible for there own garbage. The change starts with you.

Vendor applications are due by April 30th 2025.

Full booth fee is due by June 1st 2025.

After approval, you will be emailed with your vendor fee and additional ticket access code.
